Standard Shipping Fee: R75
Orders will be delivered to your door by an independent courier.
Delivery times vary according to where you live. They range from three to seven working days.
Tracking details will be provided once your product have been handpacked and sent out by my myself and Yoshi.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
All returns to be made within 7 days from the delivery date, the product must be in its original condition and unused.
Returns are accepted for store credit, or exchange to the same value, we do not offer refunds.

Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
If your products are damaged in any way during the delivery process, please notify us immediately (immediate notification is crucial in taking cases up with the courier company, they require notification within 48 hours) with images as proof. We need images of the damaged item as well as the box. In some cases, we may require the damaged product to be returned.

Please take note that in all our products we use the highest and purest ingredients possible, and for that reason, your product may not look completely perfect. it is completely normal for soy wax that is cosmetic grade and pure to pull away from the glass slightly leaving what looks like watermarks, or slight crystallization on the top, this just shows how pure the wax we use is and that you can be assured no paraffin has been added to make the product more "aesthetically pretty" and is safe to use on your skin.
